I'm very interested in the Queen Silver Soap but am nervous about buying a full bar. Do you offer returns or samples? Can the Queen Silver Soap overdry the skin?
We currently offer the Queen Silver Soap in a Special Trial Size (click here).
Unfortunatley, our return policy is for items that are unused and in orignal condition. We are working with the manufacturer to change that.
Let us first state that the vast majority or our clients are repeat customers and referrals. Our clients have told us that one Queen Silver Soap bar can last 2-3 months. It takes 70 days to create one bar of Queen Silver Soap. It leaves the skin feeling light and fresh--never overdrying and never with residue.

Regarding the concern of Arsoa Queen Silver Soap possibly overdrying the skin, it is simply not the case based on the vast customer feedback we regularly receive. In fact, in Japan where Queen Silver is famously and highly regarded (it has a faithful celebrity following there) , it is actually called "Queen Silver Honey." It nourishes the skin and is very gentle and fine.
Customers and our own staff claim that when you stare into a queen silver soap, you realize how it derived its name. It is beautiful and many have the opinion that it resembles the "cosmos" when you stare into it past its surface (you will see what we mean), and unfortunatley, the photos on our website do not serve it justice. The beauty of the soap lies beneath its surface--both literally and figuratively.

U.S. Shipping:

U.S. - We are offering FREE Shipping on orders over $75 within the
U.S. - For order under $75, our shipping charge is fixed at $4.75.
International Orders:
- All orders are shipped via US Postal International Priority Mail Service.
- We offer free shipping on orders over $150.00
- Shipping rates for orders under $150 are based US Postal International Priority Mail Service Rates.
